Detail: Come join us for a relaxing evening of creativity with our Adult Craft Club as we make potted succulents! Free and open to the public. All materials are provided.

What: American Legion Post 15 Carnival & Fireworks

What: Scroll Saw Fun
Where: The Makerspace at Building Bridges to Careers 107 Lancaster St, Marietta, OH 45750-2734, United States
When: 6 to 8 p.m.
Detail: No experience required, everything you need will be provided. Anyone 16 or younger must be accompanied by an adult. Here is your chance to try your hand at some creative, woodworking techniques. Try out making your own design or following along as a pattern is transferred to wood. Learn the steps and inside hints on using the scroll saw. All wood provided. Cost: $ 15 (Limited seating) To register: Registration Required. Where: Beverly-Waterford Community Pool 501 5th St Beverly, Ohio
When: Wednesday, July 4, 8:30 P.M. to 10:30 P.M
Detail: $5.00 admission, includes free bag of popcorn. Concessions are available.

Thursday, July 5

What:Introduction to Woodburning
Where: The Makerspace at Building Bridges to Careers, 107 Lancaster St, Marietta, OH 45750-2734, United States
When: Thursday, July 5 at 6 PM – 8 PM
Detail: Join local artist Rebekah Williamson on a journey to discovering your woodburning skill. All supplies provided. No experience or skill necessary. Friday, July 6

What: First Friday – Artist Walk
Where: The Makerspace, Building Bridges to Careers 107 Lancaster St, Marietta, OH 45750-2734, United States
When: Friday, July 6 at 5 PM – 9 PM
Detail: Staff and visitors will enjoy seeing three local artist at work. Artist Rebekah Williamson, Liz King and Rob Little will be working at the Makerspace while talking about their unique artist talents.

FREE/Art activities for all ages will be available at no cost.

What: Marietta Brewing Company Community Pints

Detail: Marietta Brewing Company introduces Community Pints. A program every Friday in July that will highlight a local nonprofit. Also $1 of every pint sold will go back to that month’s nonprofit.

Detail:  Join Cinderella on Saturday, July 7 at 10:30 a,m. in the library meeting room to read stories, sing songs, and have a tasty snack. This program is for children ages 3-6. Space is limited so make sure to sign up in the Children’s Department or call 740-373-1057 x219.

What: Tote Bag Making

Detail: Pick out your favorite colors from our stock of material or bring your own material to make this fun simple Tote bag pattern. I live with my husband and 3 daughters . I try to stay updated on the events that are in the Mid-Ohio Valley for Family & Children themed events. I really love the Mid-Ohio Valley for all it's history and beauty. I couldn't imagine myself anywhere else.
